So it is to DUI defense one thing that's important is to focus on the actual test results that you have is all going to come down to the test results there are other factors a command such as access keys but none of that really makes a difference in the eyes of the Jury. There are many flaws in the science of breath testing and blood testing for that matter I going to those in great detail and some of the articles I've written on the website but the bottom line is the government does not have enough to prove may Defendant's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt the only problem we have is that it's juries are biased and DUIs are political crimes things that district attorneys and those running for office say "well I've gotten as many drunk drivers off the streets"…  especially district attorneys like Steve Cooley who is running for Attorney General and will present all the drunk driving convictions in this office obtained and put on his campaign material, but the bottom line is drunk driving kills less people than sexual activity every year, half actually according to the Centers for Disease Control, so there isn't really the big problem with everybody pretends that there is in hospital still 10 times as many people as drunk drivers every year due to errors there is no mothers against hospital errors so it's something to keep in mind in when defending your case, the science is the key

The prosecution's case and every prosecution's case is founded on the testimony of their scientist and person you need to cross examine their scientist has to be somebody with an extensive science background such as myself.
